1. Overview

Zenqora is committed to clear and fair policies. Please read this Refund Policy before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products

All sales of digital products (e.g., wallpapers, digital downloads) are final. We do not offer refunds once you have received access to your download or the download link has been delivered.

Digital content cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical item. Once you have downloaded or received access to the file, the transaction is complete. This policy helps us keep prices fair and prevents misuse of digital goods.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link, file not opening) within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us at zenqora@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue (e.g., by reissuing a download link where appropriate). This does not guarantee a refund.

3. Physical products

All sales of physical products (e.g., merchandise) are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on physical items.

We maintain this policy because of the nature of physical merchandise: once an item leaves our fulfillment process, we cannot resell it as new. Accepting returns would require us to raise prices for all customers to cover restocking, inspection, and potential loss. By making all sales final, we keep our pricing straightforward and avoid disputes over the condition of returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you did not receive the correct item, contact us at zenqora@gmail.com with your order details and, if applicable, photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or other resolution where we determine it is appropriate. This does not change our general no-refund, no-return policy.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you are charged for each billing period (e.g., monthly) in advance. We do not refund subscription fees for any period, including after you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges only; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged. We do not issue refunds for charges that occurred because a subscription was not cancelled in time. If you have questions about cancelling, contact us or use the account management link provided when you subscribed.

5. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may provide your bank with evidence of your purchase and our policies. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being blocked and referral to appropriate authorities.
